What medical records fees am I allowed to charge?
Each July 1, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services will adjust the dollar amounts that a health care provider may charge for providing paper copies of a patient’s health care records. There was also a recent Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling that drastically changed the Electronic health care records fees. DC’s will want to access this new guide to make sure you are being compliant and following the new electronic records law.
